4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing to your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 3 days prior to the next billing date. See https://exactprospect.com/refund-policy for refund eligibility.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans. Refunds are not issued once lead data is delivered. One-time purchases and digital content may be non-refundable.

To cancel your subscription, simply log into your Exact Prospect Portal, navigate to My Account > Cancel Account, and follow the prompts. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, your card will be removed from our system, and any remaining credits will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.

6. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or list performance. You acknowledge that your outcomes depend on your individual actions, strategies, and market factors beyond our control.

7. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines, avoid deceptive practices, and follow all applicable laws. Commission structures and terms may change with notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exact Prospect, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, software, and data provided via our Platform are owned or licensed by Exact Prospect and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, Internet outages, or third-party service failures.

12. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions. Wyoming law governs all claims.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at https://exactprospect.com/terms-of-service.
