III. Account Creation & User Responsibility

By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are not impersonating another person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.

IV. GDPR & Privacy Shield Compliance (EU-US / Swiss-US Frameworks)

Exact Prospect complies with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection and use of personal data from the EU and Switzerland. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Principles shall govern.

Exact Prospect remains liable for onward transfers to third-party agents unless we prove we are not responsible for the event.

Dispute Resolution:
Unresolved complaints will be referred to the BBB EU Privacy Shield, an independent dispute resolution provider. If still unresolved, you may invoke binding arbitration through the Privacy Shield Panel. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over our compliance.
