REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, DATA & CREDITS

Due to the nature of our services, all data, credit packages, and digital access are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  • Audience Credits, List Pulls, and Email Sending Credits are considered final sale once applied or downloaded.
  • This protects the integrity of our real-time identity graph and prevents abuse or data extraction fraud.
Note: Counts may vary slightly due to continuous database updates. Fields may not be present in all records, and some emails or addresses may be undeliverable, which is expected with cold data.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS (STARTER, ESSENTIAL, PRO)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases—before any audience data is pulled or delivered. After data access, refunds are no longer available.

  • Refunds must be requested in writing via support@exactprospect.com.
  • Monthly renewals are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time via the Exact Prospect Portal.

3. HARD GOODS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you’ve purchased a physical product (e.g., book or device), you may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is returned in “like-new” condition.
  • You follow the return instructions provided by support.

You will be responsible for return shipping.

4. CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be treated as potential fraud. We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account.
  • Submit proof of service delivery to our payment processor or issuing bank.
